Plantar fasciitis is a leading cause of heel pain, primarily associated with repetitive stress, overuse, and biomechanical abnormalities of the foot. This case study highlights a patient presenting with persistent heel pain, most pronounced during the first steps in the morning and following prolonged periods of standing. Contributing risk factors included extended weight-bearing activities, possible improper footwear, and reduced flexibility of the lower limb structures. Clinical evaluation revealed localized tenderness at the medial calcaneal tubercle, tightness of the Achilles tendon, and pain exacerbated by weight-bearing movements. The diagnosis was established through a comprehensive assessment involving patient history, physical examination, and functional testing, emphasizing the importance of early identification and clinical evaluation in managing plantar fasciitis. This case underscores the role of mechanical stress and soft tissue
