Foot health plays a vital role in mobility and occupational performance, particularly among individuals engaged in prolonged standing and physically demanding tasks. This study aims to compare foot health status between academic and clinical workers, who are exposed to distinct occupational stressors in different work environments. A cross-sectional study design will be employed, involving 196 participants aged 22–60 years with a minimum of six months of job experience. Foot health status will be assessed using the Foot Health Status Questionnaire (FHSQ), a validated tool for evaluating foot-related health outcomes. Data will be analyzed using SPSS version 26, and appropriate statistical tests, including the Chi-square test, will be applied to determine significant differences between groups. The findings of this study are expected to highlight occupational variations in foot health and contribute to improved workplace health strategies for both academic and clinical professionals.
